BTDT with my 245 in Ohio.

There's a big book that the DMV's have. The NV folks will look up RI, and see that after 10 years RI says bollocks to titles.... they'll be happy with a bill of sale or registration, etc... and should issue you a NV title.

Basically, don't worry.
