Draco Wheels Found at Salvage Yard 200 1993

$80 for the set is not bad, but see if you can check them for any bending/distortion before buying.

The Draco's may be tougher than Virgo's, but I have checked Virgo's with just a little curb rash and still found unacceptable lateral (side-to-side) distortion.

In the self-serve yards, I mount the wheels on a front hub and spin them while holding a screwdriver steadily against the fender with the tip a few mm from the rim of the wheel. Any lateral or radial distortion quickly becomes apparent. My reject rate is more than 50% on Volvo alloy rims.

Talk to the yard about this and if they won't let you check, see if you can get a money-back guarantee that the wheels are true.
