Timing gear replacement 120-130

Its total tear down time and its time to remove the steel timing gears and cam on an early B20B (six bolt flywheel). The engines out and upside down on a stand with the fly wheel blocked. Is there a way to get the gear on the crank off without a special puller for the hub. Are there work arounds to get the big nut on the cam gear off without putting a long bar on the floor and bolting it to the gear (to take the pressure off of the cam and the fly wheel). Any help would be appreciated as I have no source for all the "special" Volvo tools. Thanks for the help.
Bill
