Head Rests 200

I am buying a 1981 245 and just realized that the rear seat has no head rests. It's probably not a deal breaker but I sure would like to have those head rests. Has anybody an idea about how to rectify this situation? When did Volvo start to put head rests in the rear seats of the 245? I hate to change the seats because they are pristine.
