Must I disconnect the lines at the rear calipers when changing pads and rotors? 200 1993

right of course, on brake line composition. Main thing to avoid is kinking them...

as for popping caliper pistons out.. I've heard say if you compress one side, pull out the pad and leave that side empty [of a pad], you can pop that piston out when compressing the other side...

To be safe, press one side in, leave the pad, stick a wedge in there, then compress the other side. Then remove pads from both sides
