WARM START PROBLEM 544 444-544

What size is your positive battery cable?
It should be "O" gauge which is larger in diameter than a 12 volt cable.
It does make a difference on a 6V car. I know because I was doing the same thing as you with my '60. Swapped in a new proper gauge cable and haven't had to push it since.

Obviously make sure all your connections are spotless and tight and that you have a good battery. Makes a huge difference on a 6 volt system.
