Help on Wiring Spoiler Brake Light 900

I have mounted an OEM spoiler on my beloved 940 and want to wire the spoiler brake light to my existing third brake light. I cannot, however, find the wiring in the trunk that is going to the existing third brake light in order to splice into it. I have reviewed prior posts and wiring to the third brake light seems to be the way to go but I have not found any specific reference to how to get at the wiring for the existing third brake light.

Anyone done this?

Can I just splice into one the wire for the tail brake light? If so, what color is the wire for the tail brake light? Yellow/red or all red?

Thanks.

Matt
