Slight power loss on my 940T 900

Hello all,
My '94 940T has developed a slight loss of power in the past two weeks. Drivability is otherwise fine-idle, engine operation is normal. There is a spot where it has always bogged slighly when cold-just 2-300 feet from my garage. That bogging (going up a hill) now is more pronounced. Hard to say if my mileage is down-could be by 10% or less. Power loss seems uniform throughout the rev band. Car has 242K miles. Plugs, air filter are relatively new. Tried putting more premium in it-I usually blend reg and premium to get around 90-91 octane. No effect.Any ideas?
sredwine also have a '96 965 with 158K
