Has anyone resolved the problem with rear wiper intermittent mode not working? 200

symptom: rear wiper continuous mode normal. in intermittent mode the wiper blade stops halfway through the swipe and won't move. seems to me it's not getting enough juice in this mode.

known: rear wiper relay normal. third light working. ground for rear door connected.

anyone ever resolved such a problem? similar questions have come up before but no one posted the result.
