I have a generator, but will be out of town until next Monday. It might be the time to convert to an alternator. I've converted 2 1964 B18 using a 1 wire GM with built in regulator which eliminates the old voltage regulator. I've made the block to alternator bracket myself, but this bracket is available on line, and might be the solution to your problem. You can E-Mail me if you're interested in the generator.
