240 rear view mirrors on a 140 or 1800? 140-160

I need to replace the rear view mirror in my 145, but as you might imagine, they're hard to come by. After scouring ebay, I noticed that 1800 mirrors, 140 mirrors, and all 240 mirrors look very very close. In fact, one auction actually states compatibility with all three car models.

So the question is, can I go find a cheap 240 mirror and use it?
