Poly TABs ...................... 200 1988

Ryan_R : .... "Poly TAB's don't let the rear axle rotate about the long axis of the car. Kind of a thick sway bar effect, which will reduce rear traction. Even the racing guys have gone back to rubber here."

While this is true that many racing guys have gone back to rubber it's not really a reason applicable to Daily Drivers. it's also true that many racers don't run rear sway bars, also not appropriate for a DD. The front end set-up on a racer is waaaay different than a DD too.

If your going to take the time to remove the rear TABs, then OE Volvo or Boge rubber is fine to go back in. But if you just want to sweat them out of the shell while they are on the axle, then put poly back in there.
