Adding factory foglights 700

Hey, I just made a trip to the junkyard and got an eggcrate grille for my car.
I also figured it'd be a good idea to grab the headlight/foglight combo to make sure it fits. I got the combo front/rear foglight switch out of the donor car, and it works for my rear fogs, just not the front ones.

I'm thinking there's a relay somewhere that I need to add to my car (which didn't have front fogs from the factory.) I've found the ends for the wire harness, but it doesn't work..
