Geared Starter 120-130

The best starter was used on the 1984 thru early 1988 engines. The last 3 digits of the part number are 146. It has 12 mm bolts, and sometimes the holes in the bell housing and block for B18 and B20's need to be reamed a bit. Gear reduction starters are troublesome and the older ones up to 1974 turn slower. I agree that the best ignition (Bosch pointless) is on the 1975 engine, because it has a compatible distributor with the B18. I use it to replace points and Chrysler systems.
