lumpy idle 900

my 940 16v has a bit of a lumpy idle and hesitation from idle, especially when cold. Idle seems a bit low too. 900 rpm when started cold and 600 rpm warm.

Since I bought the car 3 months ago I have replaced;

spark plugs (ngk copper)
boggie cord wires
bosch cap and rotor
fuel filter
timing belt
cleaned intake
replaced flame trap and cleaned system

The car runs perfectly, gets great mileage and doesn't use a single drop of oil. I only use 91 (premium here) octane which is recommended for 16v.

The throttle position sensor clicks the moment you start to open the throttle. The fuel pressure regulator is not leaking.

I was think a lazy idle air pump, but was hoping for some suggestions.
