Need help, Broke the cam studs

I need help. I somehow twisted the studs which holds the cam shaft. I was installing the cam and the torque wrench was set at 14 ft pounds. The studs had assembly grease on them which I think was the mistake, I had not purposely put it there but it was there from the valve assembly , I did not bother much . The nuts were not getting tightened even after lot of turns but I pressed on. The other possibility is that this torque wrench is just faulty .

All the studs are ready to break in the middle , their dia is reduced. So I have to change all of them , How to do that.Do the studs unscrew anti clockwise just like regular nuts . What is their size, will they be available at local auto shop.

Regards,
