How much would you pay for this '94 945t? 900 1994

I'm looking at buying a '94 945 turbo with 170k, with repair records dating back 9 years at a reputable Volvo shop.

Positives: Second owner, extensive maintenance records, oil changes every 3k, no rust, includes second set of wheels with almost new snow tires (Blizzaks).

Negatives: Fuel pump is noisy, will need rear brake rotors, A/C doesn't work, rear power window switches don't work, check engine light is on, leather seats are cracked.

Seller is asking $1800. Seems like it may be reasonable due to the fact it has records, but I'm worried about more electrical problems cropping up. I can live without A/C however and a few quirks don't bother me. How much would you pay?
