Speedo and Service Lt.cutting in and out 200 1990

I had a similar problem with my odometer. It would be on, then would quit for a while, until eventually I had the inverse of the problem and then finally, it quit all together. Took it to a shop recently and they said that some of the solder points had gone south.

As I'm a total rookie when it comes to electrical, I'm only relaying this information in hopes that it'll point you in the right direction. Good luck and I hope it helps!
