1990 740 B230F Working on my 1991 and screwed up my 1990 by parts swapping 700

I was parts swapping from my running 1990 to my non-running 1991 and now my 1990 won't run! All I did was take the RSR from my 90 and put on my 91 and then I put it back. My 90 cranked after I did this and then I went back later to move the car and now it won't crank. This is a new RSR. I checked and I have fire...but it doesn't seem to have fuel. I can hear the pump run and I checked my FPR and its working. It just turns over and over and never fires. I sprayed some start fluid in it to see what it would do and it did fire up and run til it ran the start fluid out. So I know its fuel related. I put my noid light on it and the injectors are not pulsing. Does the RSR have a fuse that could be blown? I just can't imagine why it would die just from swapping the RSR. It was running perfectly. I've now tried 5 different RSR's in it and none of them have worked. This is my only car that was running. Now I have no transportation at all!
