Hidden engine pressure build up 200 1984

I feel as if there is more to tell here.
Does engine start and idle normally?
Was it overheated?
Coolant level normal?
Any oil in coolant? Coolant in the oil?
Any smoke?
Where is oil leaking other than the dipstick tube.
What do you see and hear when observing the engine running.
What do you see and hear if you remove filler cap while running.
Any other oil leaks.
What do you mean by struggling? Does it shift?
Any other information or history that is relevent?
