DJ Auto Headlamp wiring 200 1993

So, I recently picked up some DJ Auto glass headlamps for my >1986 240. The problem is that my low beams are too low to see at night, they seem like daytime running lamps.

They came with a small "wiring harness" to connect to the H4 bulb directly. I cut my stock bulb-connectors off and spliced this "harness" into the existing wires using crimps. I couldn't figure out which pin of the bulb was the high beams and which was the low beams.

Also, I think I may have blown my stock headlamp relay. The brights indicator is illuminated (dim) even when my low beams are on.

The "harness" looked something like this (see below). I initially wired it with the blue and red wires swapped. Tried swapping them to see if it would fix my problem but to no avail. This is how the harness is currently set up.
