Repairing a 122 headliner? 120-130

My 122's headliner finally popped another metal "rib" thing and is sagging worse than it did when just one had ripped off it's rib. Looks like I'm going to either have to take it out and replace it, or possibly repair it.

Has anybody had any luck repairing their headliner once it tears of those metal wire rib things? I'll admit I have zero experience with working with taking out and installing headliners, so is this a project that might be too hard to learn or teach myself? Is repairing those ripped ribs even possible?

Oh.. and has anybody found a good source and price for replacement headliners?

Thanks for the input.
