88 740 Car will die and then wait 5-10 min it will start 700 1988

Noticed for a while now when I drive but not all the time I will be doing around 35-45 and suddenly the car will die and all the instrument lights come on. If I turn the key it will crank but no start, if I ket it sit for a bit it will then crank.

The car had a tune-up, new distributor shaft/complete unit, new balancer and I think the fuel pump relay was replaced like 4 years ago.

Any idea what this might be?
