There is one vac hose that is often over looked--it leads from that vac tree over to the fender well on the drivers side of the car--it is larger that
the rest of the vac hose's and if just looked at can seem to be OK. The problem with that hose is that the leak will not be at the ends--but will most of the time be somewhere in between the ends---like in the middle of the hose and will split down the length of the hose--making it , the vac leak hard to find.
If that hose was not replaced--it could very well be overlooked and need changing.
