car was running rough yesterday, no start today 200 1989

1989 240 5 spped 230k.
I went took a five hour road trip yesterday and on the way home my check engine light came on. pulled into the driveway with stinky black exhaust and the codes 1-1-3 and 2-2-1. cleared the codes, cleaned my 02 sensor and spark plugs but no start.both were carboned up pretty good.
Today I cleaned the throttle body, tried a different ign. power stage, cleaned the 25 amp fuse, verified I had fuel. the Fuel pump replay and FPR are good.
Now what ??
I did also replace the crank seal I just put a couple in weeks ago because it starting leaking after the drive through Boston rush hour. I am 99 % sure I got the timing belt on correctly but will double check tomorrow.
I also need to replace the original intake manifold gasket but didn't have the energy after working on the car all morning.I think that may have something to do with the reoccurring 113 code I get. I can usually clean the o2 and reset the code but that only lasts a month before it starts running like crap again.
I did notice my cold start valve was a little wet(gas ?) could that be it ?
Thanks, Philvo
