Still no low beams. 200 1993

93 240 Wagon. Low beams started working intemmitently last week. I've checked the headlight relay connector behind the center vents in the dash, it's not burnt. I've replaced the headlight relay. I've replaced the bulb out sensor. I still have no low beams. The high beams work as they should, meaning if I pull the lever and then let go, the brights stay on. When I turn the switch to on, I can hear the headlight relay click. What's the path in the circuit? Is it switch to bulb out sensor to headlight relay to high/low beam relay? What wires should I be testing for voltage? I have the Bentley manual, but I really don't understand the wiring diagrams that well, they might as well be written in Swedish or something.
