carrier bearing numbers 120-130

Found a front short section, via Dave (volvo from Heck) and also determined that the present driveshaft is suspended with the 2 pins-in-grommets (up to '66), but want to buy the bearing before we pull the driveshaft and swap this hanging bracket, so am wondering what the bearing number is for the carrier bearing for this setup. (on IPD's site I see the number "6009". Is this sufficient for me to source locally?)

Also would like to cross reference U joints. the standard 2-5/8" size. anybody know an american crossover? IIRC mustangs were the same as 122(?) any brands to avoid?
thanks
