2 part question about fitting rear seat belts in an estate 120-130

PART ONE I'd like to add rear seat belts to my '67 wagon. There are holes in the pillars behind the rear doors at about eye level when seated. Are these for mounting the shoulder strap or are they for something else, i.e. garment hook?
PART TWO What should I use? I have nothing now. Should I get something from a junk yard? NOS what year/model is best? Are there seat belt retrofitters out there with their own aftermarket, easily installed and reliable restraints? Got any names? I have front shoulder belts now from a later volvo, I just don't know which one.
