940 OD and lock gremlins...and looking for a good reference 900 1993

My beloved 240 decided to taunt a big oak tree. I am now the owner of a cheap run-into-the-ground engine-swapped strange-interior 1993 940 sedan.

Currently, lockup and power locks intermittently work, but either both or neither work at any given time. Fuses and relays all seem OK, and the OD button and relay act as expected. Any switches that cause issues with age in a circuit they share, or non-obvious ground points that I should be looking for (like some inside the cabin, maybe)?

And, much related, is there a good reference for dealing with the interior and electrical workings of this car? From what I've read, the Haynes 940 book is about like the 740 book, which I have; and if that's the case, I'm not too keen on it. Pictures from a tear-down are what I really want in one, specific to this series. Are there any websites with such information out there, if there aren't books (pictures would be particularly helpful)?
