still no start, need more help 200 1989

1989 240 231k M-47,.
I have fuel at the fuel rail when cranking the engine but no spark. I switched out the power stage, cleaned the spark plugs ( wet from cranking). I ordered a new Crank position sensor, bosch dist. cap and rotor but they won't be here til mon or tues. I have good bougicourd wires and new bosch plugs. cleaned TB with new gasket.I need to change my intake gasket as I have the original red one on there but that wouldn't cause a no start would it ?
I have a good white label 951 ECU, ICU is good, fuel pump relay works, dated 2004, the 25 amp fuse looks OK but there are some white deposits in the holder(marine type black rubber one). Also good AMM and connectors.
Anything else I should check ?
