Quite simple, allow yourself 2 hours for the first time. IIRC, you need a screwdriver for the fan shroud and the hose clamps, a 10mm socket or wrench for the brackets, and two open-end wrenches (15mm and 17mm, maybe?) for the tranny cooling lines if applicable.
You loosen the fan shroud and lean it out of the way against the engine. You loosen the three hose clamps and remove the hoses (2 big radiator hoses, 1 smaller hose to coolant reservoir) and yank off the little hose on the top corner. A lot of coolant will drain out when you remove the lower hose. If the car is an automatic, you disconnect the two cooler lines (use a wrench as counterhold for removal and installation!!!) and cover the ends in little plastic bags to keep crap out. You remove the brackets holding on the top of the radiator. Lift the old radiator out. Take this opportunity to clean all the surfaces that are otherwise inaccessible. Put the new radiator in position, reinstall the brackets, reconnect the hoses and cooler lines. Reinstall the fan shroud. Refill the cooling system with coolant and distilled water (or premixed coolant if that's your fancy). Hose off the ground under the car to wash away the spilled coolant. Start the car, let it idle and check for any leaks. Take for a test drive, and once gauge shows you're warmed up, get out and top off the cooling system again. Check again for leaks.
