Uh oh, don't like that rattling sound. 200 1981

So something not so grand is happening with my '81 245. When it hits a certain RPM (guessing about 3k or so) the oil light starts flashing and the engine gets a funky sounding rattle. The rattle at first I thought was just something loose in the dash, and thus didn't associate it the the oil light flashing. However, after some investigating I noticed that it coincided with the light, but sure enough, the brighter the light the louder the sound.

I changed the oil and threw in marvel mystery oil to see if that could help but so far no luck (but I havent drivin it more than 40miles since the change). So you guys think its a bearing going out on me? Would chaging to a different oil help? Using generic 10w-30 right now, try heavier stuff? Hit it with a hammer? Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks

Shaun
