940 power steering hose replacement 900 1995

I just did this on two cars. While it is possible to use the aftermarket hose, it does not have the length required to fit well and is a bear to install. I bagged it and bought the OEM instead: the aftermarket hose is sitting in my garage. Highly recommended you buy the Volvo OEM hose instead (Tasca or Borton Volvo) which has the curlicue vibration damper in the metal pipe and is sized perfectly for the application. Rubber is better quality, too.
