running rich and check engine light - where to go from here? 200

I got codes 2-2-1, 1-1-3, 2-3-1 and I think I need to look at the o2 sensor and/or AMM.

two questions - When checking the o2 sensor, do I measure resistance on the green wire or the 2-pin connector?

When checking AMM, I should find zero ohms at pin 1 (indicating good ground).
WHen checking voltage, where should I be?

car runs pretty well, all things considered - definitely rich but plugs show carbon, but nothing overly sooty.
