B23 Leftovers 200 1983

Almost finished bolting my B23 back together. Had the head done at a reputable machine shop. I gave them the block and a ton of stuff to clean too. I'm always impressed with the way they return small stuff in zip lock backs wired to larger items. I still have lots of nuts and bolts left, as I've not finished with all the accessories, but one item leftover has me worried. I have replaced two pipe plugs in the back of the block and one in front by the water pump. Leftover: one, 1/4" NPT plug with 1/4" square drive hole. Yikes! Where the heck did this come from? This thing is sitting on my workbench, glaring at me sarcastically, taunting me. What have I overlooked?
