960 rattles driving me nuts, any typical culprits? 900 1997

I've been replacing the worn suspension components, will have a front-end alignment done soon, new rubber needed all around and an exhaust system probably in the next year. this is going to add up, but I'm willing to spend some cash. the real disappointing part is that when driving, the rattles make me depressed. after all that work, to have a rattling car... argh!
