Thoughts on Interior Conversion 200 1992

I currently have a '92 245 with the charcoal interior. It's held up very well, and I have no hesitation rating it as mint. I have access, however, to a wrecked '91 245 with a mint black leather interior, and was wondering what folks think about swapping. Personally, I love the luxury feel of the leather seats, and they're in excellent condition. I also am aware of the hot stickiness they induce during the summer months. That said, any one out there have thoughts on such a swap? Personal experience between the two interiors, etc.? Thanks very much, and sorry for the non-repair related diversion. Just curious on everyone's take and any relevant influence on my decision. Thanks in advance.
