I'd jump at the mint leather set without a thought, as long as you can get it for a decent price. I have been looking for a set of leather for my 82 242glt, no such luck.

I did however dig up a set of seats etc from a 79 242gt, so I'm happy in the end. I've always loved the black and ogange from the GT interior.
