Windshield Wipers Won't Stop 200 1992

Although not certain about this, if the wiper switch arm and turn signal switch arm feel sloppy, the screws that hold them to the steering column are loose and those screws also ground both switches through a wire and O terminal. I would recommend removing the upper and lower steering column plastic covers and tightening those screws.

Hope that works as it is common for those screws to be loose after all these years.
