¿Where to Cut Fascia Trim for a Draw-Tite? 200 1993

My Draw-Tite hitch arrived this afternoon and I thought I would pop it on before supper - delusions of grandeur on my part. All was going as planned until I tried to hold the hitch in place to scribe a nice and neat hole for the receiver in the rear fascia trim. Sure.

I even resorted to the instruction sheet which made a passing remark that some fascia trim may have to be removed or sliced and diced. That's a lot easier to say about a '93 than to do.

The last 240 I had with a hitch was bought used and came with such a butchered rear fascia panel that I pulled the hitch and replaced the whole wrap-around trim. This '93 is just too nice of an automobile to hack at.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cut the fascia in a neat and workmanlike manner in order to accommodate the hitch?

Thanks,
Rich
