Sorry if your tired of my saga with this BIG O tire shop disaster. I'm still building a case as my front now has new vibrations, my steering is pulling more to the right by the day, along with a rear vibration which I assumed was an unbalanced tire until now.
As I was comparing my past alignment at this shop from 1/2008 with the current read out I realized the rear toe didn't move on the left and only 0.01 (-0.01 to 0.00) on the right. But this most recent read out shows the right rear toe moved from -0.02 to -0.06. The right rear moved from 0.01 to 0.00. The vibration is coming from the right rear tire. Since the 08 alignment I've replaced my Rear Trailing Arm busings and Torque Rod bushings. The camber on both sides stayed the same for both alignments.
At the moment I have no idea what kind of crap these guys have pulled on my car. Tomorrow I get another emissions test to see if it will show any signs that something might of been put into my car. Then I'll drain the oil and keep a sample. Replace the oil with the same exact oil use before and then test the color after a week or two of running in hopes of finding out if there is a change in color between the two. My mechanic friend agreed the oil had an unusual bright yellow to it.
My starting has been a little rough today but it might be from the heat. Maybe my distributor is the cause for high HC on my last emissions failure.
Anyone have a clue about rear alignment issues? Seems strange that it would move that much and I'd develop what seems like a slight vibration in the rear that I know for certain wasn't there before.
Any help in figuring out what I can do to build my case against these idiots is received beyond what I can describe in words.
