Starting issues 200 1993

I have a 93 240 Classic 133,000 miles and when starting the car sometimes it will start immediately with about three cranks. The IAC runs up nicely and then settles down to where it should be. After driving for awhile and restarting, it may take 20 cranks to start or it may take 3 cranks. This cranking to start issue is not constant.

Could it be a coolant temp sensor?

Everything has been cleaned or replaced (plugs, rotor, vac hoses, FPR, TB, IAC, MAF, TPS etc.sprayed around injectors) under the hood except plugs wires.

Any tips to check on next?

Thanks

Frank
