Good info here so far.

What is the widest tire one should use on a 5-inch rim? I assume 185, but haven't been able to confirm that. Any info will be greatly appreciated!

I am considering restoring the stock (15x5) wheels for my '74 142, but it seems my tire choices will be limited. I may just end up getting a set of Virgos (or other) and 195-width tires.
