correct radiater cap 120-130

Does your car have a coolant overflow bottle or not? That is the main criteria regarding which radiator cap you use.

That you always have high temps on your dash gauge has nothing to do with a radiator cap and everything to do with the correct thermostat. A sealed system allows for higher temps without boiling.

I suggest you buy a Volvo thermostat and replace what you have in there. An 82C or 86C degree thermostat should work nicely. If yours does not have a rubber seal on the thermostat, get one of those also.
