Replacing AW70L Tranny With An AW71 ???? 700 1988

Hello again. OK. So AW70L tranny in my 1988 740 wagon needs to be replaced. Found a AW71 tranny which came from a turbo with under 100,000 miles on it. Is this a good replacement ? Pro's and con's please. Understand AW71 is stronger as is meant for turbo. However I kind of like L Lock up feature of AW70L. Can I use the torque converter from my AW70L tranny or will I have to make sure AW71 comes with its Torque converter. Also as I will not be doing this work myself a good recomendation for a good mechanic/shoppe here in NJ( preferable Jersey Shore/Central NJ )would be much appreciated. Many Thanks.
