Many dash lights glowing (not fully lit/bright) 700 1988

Hello,

Since yesterday many of my dashboard lights are 'glowing' (not fully bright/lit), and the car seems fine for the short distance I drove since.

The following lights are glowing: Battery, Brake, Park Brake, Light (filament integrity), Windshield Washer Liquid Sensor.

If, for example, I pull the Park Brake, that light will become fully bright.

I jiggled the starter key, but the glowing does not go away before the engine gets shut off.

Any help/pointers will be most appreciated.
