A Torque Question 200

I have the IPD anti-sway bars front and rear. I think the fronts are 25mm. Anyway, I am hearing a noise from the front end that sounds to me like the front bar is not properly tightened down on the endlinks. Kind of a SPROING! sound when the anti-sway bar unloads. I have fairly new genuine Volvo endlinks, which have rubber bushings where they connect to the lower control arms. The IPD bars of course have polyurethane where they attach to the endlinks. HOW MUCH TORQUE DO I NEED TO PUT ON THESE SUCKERS?
