swaping 240 steelies for S70 wheels 200 1987

I have the typical steelies with center caps on my trusty '87 240 DL. Unfortunately one of the rims has develop a leak due to rust on the "ïnner lip" of the rim preventing the tire to seal properly. While looking for a replacement rim I'm concidering a set of Cetus wheels from an S70 for sale locally. While not the sharpest set of rims ever produced by Volvo the price is right. Any modifications needed to swap the rims for the wheels? Will the offset be off significantly? Spacers needed? Will it affect the handling or is it just an aesthetic thing?

Thanks ahead!
