Replace driver seat on 940 - what's compatible? 900

the drivers seat on my 1994 940 wagon is getting pretty ratty and I want to replace it. There are several good boneyards in my area so I can probably locate a 940 drivers seat but the year might not match.

My seat has the electronics, etc. I never use the "memory" function and once i set it it stays there as no one else drives the car.

What is bolt in compatible and/or if it's "close" but not perfect what are the issues?
