93 245 refuses to go for first time in 17 years.... 200

Certainly sounds like the car isn't getting enough power from the battery. At 10 years it is really time for a new battery, but I would also clean all the main grounds, the neg battery cable connection, the positive battery cable connection, and (if you're up for the contortions necessary) the connections for the alternator and starter. Obviously, do this with the battery disconnected!!!

Worth checking the alternator out, too. If you have never replaced the alternator or the voltage regulator/brush assembly, I'd bet that after 17 years the brushes are worn out and the alt isn't charging the battery like it should. The voltage regulator assembly should be about $50 at Pep Boys or the like.
